We are looking for an ultra organised, professional admin assistant/ PA to join our vibrant team.

As a small business you will be required to help out with a variety of duties depending on what is needed, so flexibility and willingness to get stuck in is essential. 

 

Daily duties will include but not limited to: 

Customer services, managing appointments, responding to enquiries 

Inventory management

Generating Quotes

Ordering and sourcing materials

Following up orders

Filing, invoicing  

Stock taking

Creating new product spec sheets 

 

To be successful in this role you must be:

  • Excellent with Excel,

  • Have outstanding IT, communication and numeracy skills

  • share the same positive ethos and outlook on life!
  • Wonderful telephone manner

  • Exceptional inventory management skills

  • Be confident calculating accurate costings 

  • Be comfortable working to tight deadlines

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Be self motivated

  • Able to prioritise and effectively manage your time

  • Experience with Xero desirable but not necessary

  • Work well as part of a team!

 

We would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible, 3 days per week, flexible hours.
